You have mastered cabling on yachts or have experience with high-volume cabling in other industries. You enjoy the managerial aspects, but also like to roll up your sleeves.

• You pay attention to the quality of the work. You check colleagues on the work carried out and you explain or guide less experienced colleagues. You also work just as hard yourself to get the job done.
• You ensure that employees can develop themselves and that the atmosphere in the department is good.
