• As an Assistant Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for installing and coordinating the electrical work on board our yachts.
• You will ensure the correct installation of cable trays and cabling, manage a team of 3 to 5 technicians and subcontractors, and actively participate in the work yourself.
• You will monitor progress, check quality and share your knowledge with the team.
• You will think in terms of solutions when faced with challenges and contribute to a good working atmosphere.
• A completed MBO education in a technical field
• At least 3 years of work experience in electrical installation or as a manager
• Experience as a working foreman is an advantage
• A valid VCA and NEN3140 certificate or willingness to obtain these
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• An eye for detail, natural authority and a proactive attitude
